AI is moving too fast, and we will get indigestion.

The rapid advancement of AI is happening so quickly that it can overwhelm us. To avoid getting overwhelmed, we need to consume technology at a sustainable pace.

Every other week, there is a new AI breakthrough. Just a year ago, Dall-e and Midjourney's generated images looked ridiculous. Last week, Open AI released SORA, an incredible text-to-video AI model.

This technology revolution is moving quickly, and as humans, we can only handle so much change at once. We've seen how the internet had an impact on our culture, economy, and society, and I predict that the AI revolution will be ten times bigger. It is both exciting and frightening.

We cannot stop progress, but we can slow down.

In 1986, Carlo Petrini started the slow food movement in protest of McDonald's first restaurant opening in Rome. This movement proposes a cultural shift towards a more meaningful and sustainable pace of life.

It's not about stopping change but instead embracing it at a pace acceptable to humans.

Since then, the slow movement has embraced many aspects of our lives, including life, money, art, technology, sex, and much more. We must apply a similar attitude towards the AI revolution.

We need to take our time, understand how it works, digest it, and introduce it into our lives in a sustainable way that does not cause any harm to future generations.

Let's take our time.
Harvesting at the right time.
Eating what's in season.
Enjoy the meal and avoid getting indigestion.
